Daren is an accomplished musician with over 30 years of musical experience in various areas including music instruction, programming, choral arrangements, recording engineering, songwriting, etc.
He is a graduate of the Recording Institute of Detroit. For over 10 years, Daren has been the Musical Director at the Strictly Biblical Bible Teaching Ministries Church in Detroit, Michigan. Daren began his musical journey at the age of 12 where he studied under the tutelage of Willie Davis Jr. Daren’s musical influences are Jeff Lorber, Joe Sample, George Duke, Thomas Whitfield, and a host of other local and national musicians.
He has been given a gift from God and now, wants to share “12 More Keys” with those who desire to learn to play with a easy learning style. The name “12 More Keys” was inspired because those 12 keys form the foundation for everything we do in music.
